APC Juncus Repens Tissue Culture Aquatic Plant

Sale Price:$7.99 Original Price:$13.99
sale

Juncus repens is a unique, grass-like stem plant known for its slender, upright growth and versatility in aquascaping. Native to North America, it thrives in both submerged and emersed conditions. When grown underwater, its fine, needle-like leaves create a natural, grassy look perfect for the midground or background of your tank. With proper care, it develops a soft, flowing appearance that adds movement and texture to planted aquariums.

Juncus repens adapts well to various lighting conditions but shows more compact and vibrant growth under medium to high light. It responds well to CO₂ injection and nutrient-rich substrates, which help promote faster and fuller development. When planting from an APC tissue culture cup, gently separate the plant into smaller clumps and space them a few centimeters apart for optimal spread and rooting.

Plant Information

(Most commonly found in this region; cultivars may arise in cultivation.)
