Canada Shrimps Online Shop Snowflake Shrimp & Invertebrate Food - Non Polluting Pellets

Snowflake Shrimp & Invertebrate Food - Non Polluting Pellets

$9.99

A pack contains 40-50g of shrimp food.

Snowflake food disintegrates rapidly into small flakes when in water. This food is highly sought after by snails, crabs, and especially shrimp keepers as it is a great source of protein for both adult and juvenile shrimp.

Incorporating it into the feeding schedule at least once a week, along with leaf litter, is recommended. Snowflake food is also a growth medium for mycelia, the vegetative part of a fungus, which contains proteins, amino acids, fats, and other beneficial nutrients for shrimp. While fungus growth may not be visible due to shrimp constantly eating it, the food does not pollute the water. Thus, it is perfect as a holiday food and provides a consistent food source for shrimp.
